Shipping times and delivery
New Zealand – Packages are sent using PBT Couriers track and trace, and the parcel must be signed for when it is delivered. 99.99999% of the time you will receive your parcel overnight but please allow up to 2 days – if you have any concerns please get in touch. If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster. Just FYI: PBT wont deliver to PO Boxes so please give us a real life physical address.
Australia – For our international shipping we use DHL Tracked. Their target delivery is 3 working days for your goods to arrive; this however does not include time for customs. *If your spend is over NZ$150 enter code “freeshipping” at checkout for Free Tracked Shipping**.
Rest of World – We ship using DHL Tracked. Their target delivery is 3-10 working days, which does not include time for customs. We do not currently have a shipping option available at checkout for the Rest of World, but if you would like to purchase, email us at email@example.com and we will create the order for you. Shipping is NZ$55, or free for orders over NZ$500.
**While we are working on offering international shipping at checkout please do not try to use these codes on purchases they are not meant for – we will not complete the order and you will be charged a $10.00 management fee.
Dispatching to you
Orders must be placed before 3.00pm to be sent on that same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be ready to go first thing in the morning of the next working day.
If you place an order on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day.
If for any reason we are unable to meet this 24 hour dispatch turnaround we will be in touch.
All full priced items can be returned for a full refund, exchange or online credit. Any items purchased from the Outlet section, and all Sale Items are deemed final sale and can not be returned, unless faulty. Faulty returns will be forwarded to our supplier before we come back to you so please allow up to 7 days for this to process.
While we do our best to be as quick as we can, please allow up to 7 days for our returns process to complete.
Items must not be worn, altered, or washed. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Do not use the box to courier back to us! Lingerie, swimwear and earrings can not be returned for hygienic reasons unless faulty.
Shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, etc) cannot be refunded, and if there are any of same costs upon returning an item, they will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Process – (within 7 days NZ, 14 days rest of world)
Before you return the item, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know it is coming, using your order number as reference.
Package the return items, with all tags included, and send to the address below (at your own expense). Until the item is received at Guilty, it is your responsibility so make sure you track the delivery!
If you aren’t in New Zealand please note that your country may have different customs laws and your return may incur other charges while in transit, which you will be responsible for.
